Needs Assessment
Employees were using AI tools like ChatGPT without clear guidelines, leading to data risks and inconsistent work quality. A needs assessment revealed gaps in data handling, verification, and understanding when AI should be used. I designed a scenario-based learning experience to reduce risk, improve quality, and build confidence in responsible AI use.
Storyboard
I translated these insights into a scenario-based storyboard that guides learners through realistic workplace decisions. Each screen is designed to present a choice, provide immediate feedback, and reinforce best practices. The structure keeps the experience focused, interactive, and directly aligned to real-world performance.
