I conducted a needs assessment to identify performance gaps related to workplace AI use, including issues with data handling, verification, and accountability. These findings informed the direction and goals of the training experience.

Using SME insights and assessment findings, I developed a scenario-based storyboard focused on realistic workplace decisions and immediate feedback. The storyboard maps the learner journey, interactions, and key decision points throughout the experience.

The final experience is an interactive Articulate Storyline simulation where learners apply best practices for responsible AI use through realistic workplace scenarios. The project includes decision-making activities, tabbed interactions, and drag-and-drop practice exercises designed to reinforce real-world performance.
